Develop your emotional resilience through therapeutic writing
In my sessions I use Therapeutic Writing to improve the emotional resilience of my clients. Therapeutic Writing is part of the Expressive Therapies (like Art Therapy) and is an alternative method to deal with our emotions.
In our weekly hour of therapy we will talk and write about your personal experience, focusing on your life story: past, present and future. In my sessions you will be the main protagonist, and I will listen to your needs, so I can design a strategy specially for you.
My experience as an expatriate for more than 17 years, as well as a writer for more than 16 years, narrating my experiences in living in 6 countries, will give you a different perspective to improve your emotional adaptation to the big changes in your life.
I have a B.A. in International Studies from U.C.V. and a Diploma in Creative Writing from S.O.G.E.M. , I’m the author of three memoir books and I’m currently taking the courses to get the Diploma on Narrative Therapy of Terapia Narrativa del Grupo Terapia Narrativa Coyoacán.

In the case of teenagers, the first appointment will be with one or two parents. My office is located next to Jardines de la Hacienda, in Mansiones del Valle, Querétaro, close to San José Hospital. Each sessions of one hour is $400 Mexican pesos or US$ 22.
We can also have our sessions in Spanish, either because you feel more comfortable that way, or simply because you want to practice it with me.
